We Are the Rainbow

Some of you might be wondering why I always talk about what we can do to change ourselves instead of just focusing on the problems in the world. The answer is simple—the only soul you or I have one hundred percent control of is the one that resides within.

To some, this may seem self-centered, but the reality is that unless you have really worked on your own soul first by ridding it of its demons and negative traits, you won’t be able to take on the bigger problems external to yourself.

You can’t change others, you can only inspire others. Inspiration doesn’t come from edicts on high, but from igniting a desire within.

This is where the true alchemy of the soul takes place—deep inside, hidden from view. I believe this is why so few people truly understand it. The soul’s transmutation is not really observable. And, it’s definitely not glitzy. There are no fireworks that go off when someone’s soul is transformed.

But, that doesn’t mean it goes unnoticed.

A transformed soul shines like gold—especially to others who are likewise transformed. It’s like a secret club. Those who’ve discovered the secret seem to find each other by the vibes they emit.

This is what makes such transfigured souls so incredibly powerful. They’re united by their insight. They see clearly what needs to be done—and they do it.

They rise above societal chaos by not participating in the negativity, anger or hate. Instead, they chose to pursue positive actions coupled with tolerance and love.

They realize that if they want to see a rainbow in the sky—they first have to have one fixed firmly in their hearts.

WE are the rainbow we wish to see. It’s up to each one of us to shine.
