May Dispatches

Welcome for May:

May is the time for remembering those who nurture and create with a feminine soul – be it with their bodies or their minds.

May 1st is the date of the fire festival, which celebrates the coming summer season for pagan folks. It is also Dawn Chorus Day—a day when bird song is celebrated.

Personally, the month of May reminds me of butterflies as well as the transformation that butterflies symbolize.

On a lighter note, May 9th is Lost Sock Memorial Day to remember all of the lost socks that are no longer with us.
